PART 01
Pudgeon lived beneath an old railway bridge, surrounded by cracked concrete, forgotten shoes, and suspicious food wrappers. Unlike other pigeons, he was enormous, permanently exhausted, and completely uninterested in flying.
Two tiny parasites named Nib and Bit lived in his feathers and constantly gave him terrible advice. Every morning, Pudgeon walked through the city searching for the legendary Perfect Crumb.

PART 02
One day, Pudgeon discovered an untouched loaf resting on a park bench. Just as he reached it, a gang of elegant rooftop pigeons swooped down and stole everything. They laughed at his heavy body and told him that a bird unable to fly would always remain beneath everyone else.
Furious, Pudgeon climbed a fire escape one painful step at a time, with Nib and Bit cheering from his back.

PART 03
At the top of the building, Pudgeon tried to jump—but immediately fell into a powerful stream of air from a giant ventilation fan. The blast launched him across the skyline like an angry feathered cannonball.
He crashed through laundry lines, advertising signs, and an outdoor restaurant before landing directly on the pigeons who had mocked him. Pudgeon recovered his stolen bread and became the first pigeon to conquer the sky without flapping once.

PART 04
Pudgeon returned beneath the railway bridge and shared the entire loaf with every strange creature living there. Soon, drawings of the giant blue pigeon appeared across the city’s walls.
He became a symbol for everyone too tired, awkward, or stubborn to follow the usual path. Pudgeon still refuses to fly—but whenever the city pushes him down, it somehow launches him even higher.
